We sat in semi dark conditions and I was wired to the Mind Mirror EEG.
Before starting we did an experiment with the Mind Mirror EEG. I spoke normally just making stuff up as Liz asked questions. This was so that Liz could compare the results of me speaking normally against me being controlled.
Liz then did the opening prayer as I tuned in.
I was soon controlled and the communication began...
‘The way you react to one another is governed by your own beliefs. The world itself holds you but you have the freedom to explore. Each alleyway brings to you new situations that you can use to your advantage by feeling your way through that situation, by not letting the negative aspects of that situation guide you. Guide yourself, use that what you have built up within yourself to bring you through the situation and in entering that situation you are becoming something new. You are using that what affects you, that what tests you to your advantage. Do not be afraid, there is nothing to fear. Your soul purpose for living this physical life is to be faced with situations that test you, that give you an opportunity to learn from your reactions. You choose which way you go. Is it you making that choice, or is it your fears making that choice? Try to let your feelings guide you, try to hear that voice within you helping you. Your fears will turn that voice down and your fears will take over. Allow that voice to sing and you can conquer all fear. Allow that voice to become a part of your daily lives, let that voice become your thoughts and let that voice become your guide. You are still the one that makes the choices and that voice is the real you. It is not something that is affected by fear for it can see beyond fear, for it only sees love, it is the love within you, the love that you brought with you and the love you will take with you when you pass from the physical world. It is love that will grow as you live your physical life. There are times when that love seems to disappear from your life. Your mind has wandered and you have attached to the fears that surround you. It is easy to be led by fears but you as a human being have all the love within you to conquer those fears. You have built up a series of habits within your mind, within the way you think, you are thinking the same way. Allow yourself to change, to let go of the habits. See yourself as something more, see each person as something more. You and them are not merely physical bodies living a physical life, you are spirit, you are consciousness, you are all connected and helping one another. There is no need for fighting, no need for misunderstanding because you are all working as one but fears hold you apart, keep you on your own. You see yourself as a single entity fighting against others. Try to see yourself as part of everyone else, not a separate part, joined, one living entity consisting of many parts’
‘Life was born to create, life was born to shape, to bring into existence new life. Words are spoken, words are heard, communication continues throughout your world but life exists beyond words, life is thought, life is feeling. Words cause complications for not enough thought goes into what is said. Do not take words seriously but do take life seriously. When you are life, you are living, you are creating more and as a creator you can do more than just speak words. Turn those words into music, hear those words as harmonious chords, take the sting out of those words, you merely see the music behind those words. How can harmonious music affect you? Harmonious music is what keeps you alive. Put music into the words that you speak, your world will wake up, your world will hear true tunes of life, the sound of living. Music can be felt for music has emotion, has feeling as it communicates to you. You can reply with silence or you can reply with your own tune, adding to that music, adding to that feeling, adding to life’
‘Beyond the Earth plane music is recognised for the feeling that it carries. Music on the Earth plane is a reflection of that what exists in the spiritual world. You as a physical human being react to all forms of music depending on your state of mind at that point in time, for you are in tune with life. When that music seems to go out of tune then you have to adjust yourself, to change yourself. You are beginning to learn how to stay in tune with life. Each note is a gift from God. Allow that music to touch your soul and you will feel loved.
