165th Sitting 27/03/2018

It was Liz and me this week.

We had the room setup as usual but we used a longer running CD.

At 7.35pm I did the opening prayer then turned out the light and put the music on...

We did the Rainbow Bridge visualisation exercise and talked our experiences at the end of the session.

Liz didn't start speaking until the last tune was playing, she had been in a kind of body asleep mind awake state...

'Encouragement... I've got someone who wants to give some words of encouragement...'

Me... 'Okay... they are very welcome to come through...'

'It's like gardening or weaving a thread, as you tend the garden, when you pursue your weaving, the garden flowers, the cloth magnifies, the work is rewarding with something beautiful, something that pleases and benefits. You put in the effort and that effort yields something beneficial, something of value, something to delight, to share with others but the work is often arduous and has to be maintained. There are months in the garden before the fruits of your labour are seen, before the trees and shrubs bush out and grow big and the cloth, before it looks like a piece of worthy fabric, hours of threading, weaving, changing the wool, changing the thread, often alone and with patience and the work reveals results. Know that every step you take, every time you sit, every time you prepare to meet that allows us to walk with you, to develop a little further. The progress is slow but sure. Know that the task you undertake with the attitude to bring truth and beauty, understanding into the conscious world is a blessing. We are happy to cooperate, we welcome and acknowledge the devotion to the task. Willing workers are needed to bring forward the understanding and the knowledge that we wish to share. Remember that in the garden many things will thrive but some will need to be replaced, it is trial and error as any gardener knows. You learn by making mistakes and every little effort brings its rewards. Being ready to make changes, to adapt to changing weather, to changing ground conditions, all this feeds into the garden, development. And sometimes for the weaver the cloth, the pattern jars, the thread is not quite right but thoughtfully and skillfully changes are going on. Allow yourselves to be led by us as a guide dog leads the blind. We will help to remove the obstacles from your path, we will help you to negotiate them, keep you safe'

'Gordon... I feel the eyebrows, bushy eyebrows'

'Birds singing their song, it comes naturally, the naturalness of the song is inbuilt and everyone has an inbuilt song, an inbuilt way to express, to communicate and each song is individual. Let the natural song pour forth, find your own song, your own way of expression. The black bird sings like the blackbird, not like the blue tit or the crow. Each individual is recognised by their song, by their form, by their means of communication or conveying the meaning of their message. Be natural, allow the intrinsic way of communicating to develop, to emerge'

'I'm being shown the swans on Swan Lake, I suppose the grace and beauty... the swan does its best by being completely at ease with itself completely fulfilling its task of being a swan. The task of being a human, we know what that is intrinsically. Be natural and fulfil your natural role and in that you are doing your best and being fully human. We harvest the sole, we harvest the human soul, we want you to be yourselves, to be as fully human as you are able to be, and that is the delight of God and of all creation'

'I have a host of friends they seem to be clapping and that seems to be the finale'

Me... 'You're getting a round of applause'

'I get the feeling joining the friends is like joining the army'

I put a tune on to help Liz feel back with it.

Liz felt like there was still someone with her, she felt giddy.

She saw a friend called Jenifer Baker who was at school with her when aged five.

As Liz was coming back she had a strange feeling of being from egg to chick to chicken to old hen. It was as if every stage of our journey we are accompanied by friends, others, other little chicks and as we go on with other things and so it goes on into the spirit world, we're never without friends. People whose lives we've contacted and impinged upon they are all still there, it's a shared journey.

We then talked about our Rainbow Bridge exercise...

Liz started off on a bank by a river with lots of daffodils being blown by the wind. There were boats, lots of people, a bit like Cambridge and lots of birds everywhere. Liz walked along the bank looking for a quieter place to cross. She saw someone she knew on the other side who had died and came to a quieter place with a bridge to cross. It was a brick bridge with an asphalt surface and Liz crossed over to her friend and they went into a beautiful garden quadrangle at a college, a place of learning. There was a fountain in the middle and the water was flowing out of two large cupped hands, they were opening up to the water and Liz was contemplating this, the opening up to, the learning, the learning comes to you, you don't have to seek it out...

I found myself on a sandy beach on an island. I watched the sun slowly sink down over the sea and felt cold as it disappeared. I wanted to get closer to the sun again, I didn't want it to disappear. I wanted the heat of the sun and as I thought this a rainbow came over the sea from the sun onto the beach and I walked down to it and into it. I felt myself moving in the rainbow towards the sun feeling warmer and warmer. It was a nice gentle heat, not burning. I was now inside the sun and became one with it, I was the sun and it was a wonderful feeling, warm, relaxing and expanding and I felt connected with everything else. I felt connected with everything that the sun was lighting up and I could see all the beauty of the planets and the life on those planets in wonderful detail as if it was all a part of me...

I then did the healing exercise, closing prayer and our closing down exercise...

164th Sitting 20/03/2018

Patrick joined us this week and we sat for Physical Mediumship development and phenomena.

The room was setup as usual except for the addition of a cushion that I put between Liz and the trumpet as she finds the luminosity a distraction when perceiving visual phenomena in the room.

I did the opening prayer at 7.35pm, turned out the light and put the music on...

After about five minutes I saw a small light flash on and off in the centre of the room near the ceiling.

Patrick was experiencing sensations in the pit of his stomach.
He asked for the music to be turned up a bit which we did and sang along to the songs.

Liz had a strong sense of somebody present, she had a tingling in her finger tips.

I felt a light touch on my right foot.
Then I got a fuzzy/static feeling on my left leg between knee and foot.
Later I felt it on both legs.

I suddenly became very cold down my right side.

Patrick asked for the music to be turned down for a while.

Liz had a sense of lots of circles moving in the room.
It was like energy moving in the form of enormous bubbles.
They were moving towards Patrick from Liz.

Patrick was very hot but his head was cold.
He had a sharp painful sensation in his right ear, he asked them to take it away and it went.

My feet were now very cold, the rest of me was warm.

I turned the music back up.

After about five tunes Patrick asked for the music to be turned down again.

Liz had an impression of a whitehaired Chinese gentleman who seemed to be actively involved in something, he was moving about.

It sounded like Patrick was about to be controlled, there were loud breathing noises and then a communication began with a short burst of Chinese sounding words then...

'Greetings to you all...'

Liz... 'Welcome teacher'

Me... 'Hello'

'We try long time come... ah... medium energy not too good tonight, not worry, okay, this take maybe some time, you not worry, we do things tonight medium energy not too good he have tooth ache ha, not too good, we not worry but none the less we've done much tonight in terms of blending the energies yes'

Me... 'That's good'

'Yes that is good, not much you see, not much you feel but what we do is behind the scenes and therefore no time here is wasted. So I have not much to tell you that you do not already know, you are here on a project however it was noted that today is of the spring equinox yes'

(the voice changed slightly during the communication)

Me... 'That's true'

'And so universally we have an on surge of energy, all projects now will have a bit of a boost to go forward so now we are in a different phase cosmically and this will be effected microcosmically you understand, so the energies will build but we will need patience and time. There will be a period later on this year when there has to be a cessation we think, we are not sure of this but it may happen but do not worry for we are looking at a fairly short time when we will be able to present you with some more evidential work do you understand?'

Me... 'Yep'

'Time will come, time will come when things will be better. Things are not bad, do not misunderstand my words, things are not bad things are good but it takes time to blend these energies and to make sure that the medium is in a suitable state of control but we do not wish to work with very deep trance this is the problem and of course this is part of the way that the energies do work where there is less danger to the medium and less demand upon the system, so this takes time, however we are working towards this end and hopefully all will be well in due time. So now I must go, God bless you all'

Me... 'And to you thanks for coming'

Liz... 'Thank you friend'

Patrick came back as the last tune was playing.
His tooth ache had now gone and he felt generally a lot better than he had all day.

He had been very hot earlier on but was now feeling cold.
Interestingly Liz had asked for some healing for Patric earlier just before he reported feeling hot.

At one point earlier on in the session Patrick had opened his eyes and saw a bright white light between him and Liz. This could have coincided with when Liz saw the energy bubbles moving towards him.
He had also seen a blue light in front of him at some point, about the size of an orange.

He had a clairvoyant vision of a Victorian gentleman in top hat and tails and felt there were possibly two personalities involved in the communication.

He was in an altered state for most of the session.

I did the healing exercise, closing prayer and our closing down exercise...

163th Sitting 13/03/2018

It was just Liz and me this week sitting for clairvoyance/inspired speaking/trance development.

We had the room setup as usual.

I did the opening prayer at 7.35pm, turned out the light and put the music on.

We did the Rainbow Bridge visualisation exercise and then continued into the session reporting our experiences at the end.

15 minutes after the opening prayer Liz began to speak...

'Wherever two or three are gathered together in my name there I am in the midst of them and I've prepared a table before you, for you to enjoy the fruits of your labours, of your goodness. Sit down and eat with me, rise up and walk with me, be free and dance with me. I am wherever you are and wherever you are I am'

'When you are praising my glorious name the praising, the unknown, the unknown that you know deep within, that praise extols the you that I am, the glory of the whole and in praising that which you know not you bring yourself into alignment with the greater whole, with the larger reality, the bounds of which are beyond the beyond, boundless. In our minds the endless realities, interpenetrating spheres. To love with all your heart that which is impenetrable, which is hardly known, which is beyond your understanding, that is love indeed'

'This strength of that desire and that love to be reunited with that larger mystery of the unknown is what allows you to transcend and come into the house of knowledge, the house of knowing, to be reunited with the whole view which is the whole of I, I am'

'The blue faced goddess told me this story, the blue dakini, she said I was naked by this river washing my clothes when the lord came by. He wrapped my body round his thighs three times and out of our union the world was born, all the good things in the world, all the objects, the fruits were born'

'I feel as if someone's putting a cloak around me, bit like a Santa Claus cloak... John... a postman. I ask him what he wants to send, what he wants to do with his parcels of food and clothes... He's saying those of us who remember are never forgotten, I'm thinking of Grenfell Tower, it's resonating with that disaster. John wants to make Christmas happen for all those who are bereaved, all those who lost their children. For the children to make them well, to make them happy he will dress up as father Christmas, they mustn't be sad... Thank you John'

Me... 'Any idea who that was?'

'Not sure, I think it's a man... an image of selling ice creams... I had a feeling it was my dad wanting to connect with my brother'

'Somebody hunting or shooting in the Cotswolds... rabbit stew... felt like I was there'

'Terrence... terrible misnomer'

'Fruit cake... Gateau'

'Someone's having concerns about little birds, warblers nesting'

'I feel there's a lot of voices here, somebody needs to organise them, not very coherent'

'Violet, got a box of chocolates with her'

'Adam or Adamski, just wants to point out the importance of organisation, structured conversation. An image of building a house in an orderly fashion, brickwork, foundation layers all got to be done in an orderly process, can't put the roof on till you've got the walls, got to allow for the window frames. Have to start from ground up, good foundations, make sure they're solid then you can start building the first layer of bricks and all the utilities that need to be built in, all the communication networks integrated into the structure. We're just at the foundation level, work is going on to get the setup for communication channels to come through in an orderly way, should be able to just pick up the telephone and speak but have to get all the correct wiring and links in place, not quite got there. Important to keep the site clear...'

'His master's voice, it's to do with communication... just let us do the work, don't get in the way, don't worry'

'Antiquated system, in our belief system in how to conduct a séance, it's not fit for purpose, was fit for purpose but not now, modern technology'

Me... 'Have they got suggestions for a better system?'

'They are working in a different way, they know what they are doing, just don't want us to interfere. Keep the place tidy, get on with the work. I can see a ladder going up to the roof, steps to the roof. They've found a hornet's nest that has to be cleared. They haven't very far to go, it's not a long job. Repairing some systems. It's all to do with trust'

'I think they're ready to call it a day, they're just emphasising to put the sheet over the building, I think that means to remember to close ourselves down... Work in progress, that’s the message'

'Kiddlington... Delia Macbeth...'

I put a tune on as Liz came back.

Liz was very cold.

We then discussed what we had experienced in the Rainbow Bridge Exercise...

Liz found herself on a large grassy field leading down to a river, it was like a park with people picnicing and Liz walked through them to a bridge covered in rainbows due to a fountain in front of it. She had to feel her way through the fountain to get to the bridge. It was a narrow metal riveted bridge, like a metal corridor and Liz walked over the river to the other side which was like a parkland but with no people but Liz had the feeling lots of hands were helping her over the bridge. In the distance Liz saw a large tent like a roundhouse covered in rainbows. It was wide open at the front and inside was a tall dark woman with long dark hair and a blue face who came to greet Liz and then whirled her around her head, round and round and it was very joyful. Liz recognised her as the dakini and then they were flying through the sky, she was like her spiritual consort and later in the session Liz had felt overshadowed by her which felt powerful and unexpected...

I started off on a rollercoaster going up and down and round and round and then it split into two, left and right and I was both of them. Then that changed into two points of light whizzing around against a black background and I tried to get them to join into one but they repelled each other. Then they became two coins rolling along slots which then became two wheels and then a go-kart with me sitting on it going through a tunnel. It suddenly stopped and I was helped out of the go-kart by two people who had faces like cats. They lead me to a computer and I sat down in front of the screen. When it was turned on I saw me on the screen laughing and I couldn't decide if I was in the computer or sitting at it as my perspective kept changing from one to the other...

This reminded Liz of some of what had come through her during the session.

162nd Sitting 06/03/2018

We didn't sit last week due to the snow.

Patrick joined us this week for another physical mediumship and phenomena sitting.

I did the opening prayer at 7.35pm, turned out the light and put the music on...

Liz thought she saw a descending light like a cone come down from the ceiling but said it could have been an artifact caused by the glow from the trumpet that we have on the floor in the middle of the room.

Patrick got very hot for a while then became freezing cold for the rest of the session.

I turned the music down for a about ten minutes.

I was very cold around my feet.
I had a tickle down the left side of my face and a pressure on my forehead.

The room started to look different to me, there were reddish blobs moving around.

I turned the music back up again but not quite so loud.
I was seeing lots of bright blobs coming and going in front of me.

Liz felt a touch on her head as if there was a hand behind her.

It now looked lighter in the room to me.

Liz felt there were a lot of people in the room.
She got the feeling that the energy was platted. She saw it to her right.
She felt as if there was a hand on her head again.

Liz was warm all over.
I was warm but still had very cold feet.

I felt a cool breeze on my face from my left.

Patrick asked for the music to be turned up high which we did for the remaining few songs.

Liz felt a cool draft around her ankles.

The music finished and we sat in silence for a few minutes.

Liz got the names Susanne and Frederick and felt they were connected to Patrick.
Patrick confirmed that Frederick was a family name.
Liz got an image of cotton reels being wound in and felt they may have a connection to the platted energy she had earlier.

Patrick had felt a strange sensation around his right ear and had cool breezes around his head.
He wanted to report these things at the time but found he couldn't speak.
