164th Sitting 20/03/2018

Patrick joined us this week and we sat for Physical Mediumship development and phenomena.

The room was setup as usual except for the addition of a cushion that I put between Liz and the trumpet as she finds the luminosity a distraction when perceiving visual phenomena in the room.

I did the opening prayer at 7.35pm, turned out the light and put the music on...

After about five minutes I saw a small light flash on and off in the centre of the room near the ceiling.

Patrick was experiencing sensations in the pit of his stomach.
He asked for the music to be turned up a bit which we did and sang along to the songs.

Liz had a strong sense of somebody present, she had a tingling in her finger tips.

I felt a light touch on my right foot.
Then I got a fuzzy/static feeling on my left leg between knee and foot.
Later I felt it on both legs.

I suddenly became very cold down my right side.

Patrick asked for the music to be turned down for a while.

Liz had a sense of lots of circles moving in the room.
It was like energy moving in the form of enormous bubbles.
They were moving towards Patrick from Liz.

Patrick was very hot but his head was cold.
He had a sharp painful sensation in his right ear, he asked them to take it away and it went.

My feet were now very cold, the rest of me was warm.

I turned the music back up.

After about five tunes Patrick asked for the music to be turned down again.

Liz had an impression of a whitehaired Chinese gentleman who seemed to be actively involved in something, he was moving about.

It sounded like Patrick was about to be controlled, there were loud breathing noises and then a communication began with a short burst of Chinese sounding words then...

'Greetings to you all...'

Liz... 'Welcome teacher'

Me... 'Hello'

'We try long time come... ah... medium energy not too good tonight, not worry, okay, this take maybe some time, you not worry, we do things tonight medium energy not too good he have tooth ache ha, not too good, we not worry but none the less we've done much tonight in terms of blending the energies yes'

Me... 'That's good'

'Yes that is good, not much you see, not much you feel but what we do is behind the scenes and therefore no time here is wasted. So I have not much to tell you that you do not already know, you are here on a project however it was noted that today is of the spring equinox yes'

(the voice changed slightly during the communication)

Me... 'That's true'

'And so universally we have an on surge of energy, all projects now will have a bit of a boost to go forward so now we are in a different phase cosmically and this will be effected microcosmically you understand, so the energies will build but we will need patience and time. There will be a period later on this year when there has to be a cessation we think, we are not sure of this but it may happen but do not worry for we are looking at a fairly short time when we will be able to present you with some more evidential work do you understand?'

Me... 'Yep'

'Time will come, time will come when things will be better. Things are not bad, do not misunderstand my words, things are not bad things are good but it takes time to blend these energies and to make sure that the medium is in a suitable state of control but we do not wish to work with very deep trance this is the problem and of course this is part of the way that the energies do work where there is less danger to the medium and less demand upon the system, so this takes time, however we are working towards this end and hopefully all will be well in due time. So now I must go, God bless you all'

Me... 'And to you thanks for coming'

Liz... 'Thank you friend'

Patrick came back as the last tune was playing.
His tooth ache had now gone and he felt generally a lot better than he had all day.

He had been very hot earlier on but was now feeling cold.
Interestingly Liz had asked for some healing for Patric earlier just before he reported feeling hot.

At one point earlier on in the session Patrick had opened his eyes and saw a bright white light between him and Liz. This could have coincided with when Liz saw the energy bubbles moving towards him.
He had also seen a blue light in front of him at some point, about the size of an orange.

He had a clairvoyant vision of a Victorian gentleman in top hat and tails and felt there were possibly two personalities involved in the communication.

He was in an altered state for most of the session.

I did the healing exercise, closing prayer and our closing down exercise...
