We had the room setup as usual.
I did the opening prayer at 8.40pm, turned out the light and
put the first tune on.
We did the rainbow bridge visualisation exercise…
Liz started off in a beautiful large meadow with dandelion
clocks and the wind was blowing the dandelion seeds everywhere like parachutes.
She followed the seeds down to a river, a shallow wide stream with lots of
boulders in it. Liz waded across to the other side where there were lots of
children playing in more meadowland. She followed them up a slope to a white
tower with two pillars and a door looking like a church but it was a library.
Liz went inside and saw the section of books on life and death. There were lots
of books and she was wandering with one to take hold of. The librarian was
someone Liz had known in the past, Alex Markin, who was connected with John
Walsh. Liz asked him about John and then John came forward to greet her and he
said she was continuing the work with children as he’d been a teacher. Liz
realised the importance of keeping in contact with all these children she’d
known. Liz then came back to the dandelion clocks and realised the significance
of time, the dandelion clock, when it’s a dandelion and all the seeds are
together it’s very focused but as they blow apart it was like time can be more
diffuse, you can enter into any time stream you want to, when the seeds are no
longer focused but scattered you have a much more diffuse sense, time is
different, you can be in many places at once, time is more wide reaching…
I started off in the dark holding a candle walking along and
I noticed I was passing people standing each side of me; the candle lit them up
as I passed and they seemed to be urging me forwards. After a while I noticed I
wasn’t walking anymore but was floating getting higher and faster. I still saw
the people beside me as I past them and I could now see two lines of people
stretching out in front of me into the distance like a long twisting snake. I
then became aware of clouds ahead of me with a hole in them letting through a
wonderful orange light. I’d been looking up at the clouds earlier and had seen
one similar. The lines of people took me through this hole into another reality
and I found myself sitting on the top of a grassy hill with all the people now
sitting around me in circles. One of the people came up to me, he was an old
man and he told me how important it was to look at the skies as they give us
uplifting energy. It could be the sky at night or day, cloudy or bright, it all
has a positive effect on us. A bright sky will lift us up while a grey sky can
calm us down, we can be inspired by a beautiful sunset or the stars at night.
Whenever you feel life is getting you down or becoming stressful look up at the
sky and feel the effect it has on you. He also said that we can have an effect
on the sky and make it even more beautiful by sending our loving, creative
energy to it and this will have an even greater positive effect on others in
the world below…
I put the music back on and we continued the session.
The room soon started to look misty and lighter to me,
followed by bright blobs coming and going.
I felt pressure around my right ear and around my eyes.
I got a brief image of a large man sitting in a chair; he
looked like an old cartoon with big eyes, bald head and hair sticking out above
his ears.
About 25 minutes after putting the music back on Liz started
to speak…
‘Two powerful people,
Churchill and Khrushchev, Hammer and Sickle, chess board, two powerful people
contemplating, seeing things differently now, a starry sky, the bear, Ursa Major…
it’s perspective change like a little box, an oven, an incubator and the birds
set free, the vastness of space. How do we keep with the pecking order and the
quarrels in this little box, blind, blinkered, all around inky black space’
‘We’ve got no
signposts now, no race, no flags. We swim in a communion’
‘There’s great men
like Lovelock who say we’re evolving at a snail’s pace but they hold the vision
of Gaia and the whole Earth and the science fiction writers, Asimov and others,
they see beyond, see a vaster picture, they see the leaders having such limited
perspective, need to go beyond into the inky black, into the outer reaches to
see beyond territory, beyond guns, beyond the beyond’
‘Castigation,
commiseration, too late for all that now, they had a chance, working now from
the beyond, from the larger perspective, have to get things right’
‘Mabel, Mary, Mayday’
The music ended and Liz continued…
‘Red Cross, Red
Crescent, Black Star, Hammer and Sickle, all of the symbols thrown up by
humanity, symbolic of the fight between the forces of negativity and the power
of love, struggling and hope, a resolution, go beyond see it all in its
perspective, contemplate, don’t get caught up in the taking sides and the
divisions, go beyond, beyond the beyond and see the inky blackness of the
universe beyond the stars, held, the whole of consciousness and the mind of
God’
‘I was before the
first star and will be after the last, hold onto the inky black’
‘We are such stuff as
dreams are made on and our little life is rounded with a sleep… from
Shakespeare’s Tempest’
‘Think on these
things, Churchill, Khrushchev, go beyond, contemplate them’
‘Though I speak with
the voice of angels I have many medals, many tributes, many battles won but I have
not love, I have become a tinkling brass. Many have passed over but few have
come back to report, but those that have, some have said as much that all their
achievements, leading of men, medals, badges, honours are nothing. What was important
were the acts of love, little acts often and that’s to be learnt from the inky
blackness, what has been brought back, importance of these reminders for the
leaders of men. Their time is marked but the years in the blackness, in the
inky blackness will go on and on. Mark the short years well, bring to fruition
the fruits of love because the regret of the wasted opportunity will be bitter,
bitter fruit when you die. Long time to repent for the missed opportunity, the
wasted gift of leadership. Lead in love not in war, that’s the message now from
Churchill and Khrushchev sitting in their arm chairs contemplating from the
beyond… thank you for listening’
Me… ‘Thank you’
‘Would you like to say
anything?’
Me… ‘Yes, we talk a
lot about love, can life exist without love?’
‘Love is the matrix,
it’s at the root, it’s inbuilt, it’s part, the medium of consciousness in which
consciousness is wrought, nothing is separate from love, nothing without, it’s
given, no life without. Love is just a name for what is and what is love. We
call it love. The feeling of love is with the identification, the alignment
with what is. That is what we call love. Alignment with what is and the feeling
is part of our consciousness, sharing of the larger consciousness held in love.
Even the bad, what we call bad, the negative, the hatred is still a part, it’s
just a turning off, a lesser, an aspect of the creative process, skewed
version, a temporary transitory phase’
Me… ‘So is the purpose
of life to keep on working at increasing this love?’
‘The awareness of it
yes, the consciousness, the full consciousness reflected back. It’s variations
on a theme of love all reflecting back the original light. In the process of
turning in on itself consciousness condenses and almost becomes so dense that
the light is hidden, is trapped, almost split off from itself, turning in on
itself to such a degree that the light becomes dimmed. The energy of the system
becomes disturbed, lessoned and that’s when the negativities can come in.
Darkness we call it, a spiritual darkness, a forgetting, a turning away from
the original almost to a point that condensation on that turning in, that
stilling, that inspection, the light has come back in. That’s where the
struggle arises, the struggle to reclaim, to remember the light to bring it
back in, but when that succeeds, when that light, when that focused condensed
consciousness that’s almost split off from the original, when the light begins
to dawn it becomes a very fine, a very focused, a brilliance of light and
that’s what was hoped would happen in the Earth plane but there has to be a
letting go of the condensation to remember, to bring that, to allow that energy
to revigorate the point of transition, the point of intensification has got to
such a stage now that it’s at a crossroads of atrophying, the energy becomes so
limited it can disappear, self-destruct almost, or in loosening up, in letting
go, remembering the light, it can allow the light in, the original love, light,
re-energise and find, become a focused beam to illuminate the light, a
brilliance, that’s what we hope for, an awakening, and in this focused intent
the diamond will shine, the diamond light wrought through all this turmoil, a
very special focused consciousness. The turning point has been reached and
there are those who have opened up, transitioned, become aware of the original
nature, allowed the light in more and more, are able to receive the light, the
light of love, become transformed and we hope the threshold will approach and
the whole crystalline structure will loosen sufficiently for the threshold to
be reached and a new seeding, new formation, new phase and the polished diamond
human consciousness will immerge, a new level radiating and shining back the
original light of love. That is a real possibility, we’re working towards this.
The individual elements of human consciousness are transitioning now, more and
more will transition till the threshold approaches. It is approaching slowly,
we hope to speed it up with a catalyst’
Me… ‘What do you mean
by transitioning?’
‘Transitioning from
being drawn to the negative, the state of the world, to a shifting
consciousness, opening up to the light, what has been called in the past enlightenment,
the enlightening, an energy shift, the old patternings in the brain break down
so a new energy and an understanding, an experience of the one, of the unitary
state of love is experienced. That is a stage, a point of no return then more
and more people are experiencing that’
Me… ‘So what do we as
individuals need to do to reach this point of transition?’
‘To wish for it, to
hold the good of all, to ponder on these things, to be open, to be in the now,
to release the judgements, release the old thinking, to be aware of how things
are and to hold an openness, to hold an opening, to allow spirit to approach,
we do the rest. So whoever calls out in the name of love, in the name of truth
to wish to experience how it really is, who they really are, experience will be
given. It’s the open heart we look for, the open mind, we do the rest because
it’s the natural state, just requires the desire for the truth and a
willingness to let go of all errors in thinking, a realisation of the
conditioning and the false conditioning has led to a world that is a prison and
that willingness to disbelieve how we’ve been taught to see things in the world
can allow for the possibility of the true state, the original state to immerge,
to be remembered. So there is a certain amount of intellectual seeking to be
done, intellectual self-questioning, enquiry, contemplation, truth seeking,
desire to see things as they really are not as we think they are, as we’ve been
taught to think they are and that opens up the soul and to transition. The
transition is really a natural process but being blocked by the fear forces of
the current human paradigm. It’s been blocked and people are clinging to the
old beliefs and ideas, clinging to a false sense of self, a false identity.
Many of the current teachers are reinforcing the erroneous view of self. Many,
many people are suspicious and weary of opening up to truth, to happiness, to
joy, to love, they cling to the old familiar, the war games, divisions, goals,
achievements, rat race, judgements, standards, growth curves, a lot of things
that don’t matter in the long run. They cling to these because that’s what
they’ve been taught to value, social norms, a simple innocent truth of being
gets lost, rendered unimportant, the nugget of gold being buried in a pile of
muck. So act of faith, to want to find, retrieve the nugget of gold, to be prepared,
to wash away the muck, act of faith but you have to realise the resistance and
the suspicion, oh no there’s nothing there, illusion, you take the title of Dawkins’
“God Delusion” like he’s thrown out the baby with the bath water, he’s thrown
out the nugget of gold, he’s suspicious of it because there’s so much dogma,
but with the voice of authority unfortunately the nugget of gold has been
dismissed because of the human method of burying it in a pile of muck and then
glorifying the muck and forgetting the gold. So there are truth seekers who
want to get rid of the muck but in getting rid of the muck they will also get
rid of the gold. There’s an old saying in the Upanishads, the self is not known
through discourse, through splitting of hairs, through learning however great,
it comes to the man who loves, takes that man’s body for his own… and the
meaning from the point of view of what we’ve been talking about is that the
transition will come to the one who loves truth, to reach out with love to the
unknown, to the invisible truth, to reach out to self, to love the greater
self, the true self and then the true self will come with love to claim you. So
again, the story in the bible of the virgins polishing their lamps in preparation
for the bridegroom, they don’t know when he will come but they keep polishing
the lamps to be sure that when he comes he will see them shining bright and
claim them for his own. So the bridegroom comes and the bride to be waits
polishing the lamp. So the answer may be to affect the union of spirit with
spirit, a mystical marriage. The answer is to keep the light, the longing for
the bridegroom, the longing for the union, to keep that polished, to keep that
sharp and bright in the heart, the desire for truth, the desire to know, the
desire to be one with the truth, one with one’s own self, love of self, love of
the living God. To cultivate that in whatever way you can and the self will
come and claim, will be revealed in you, to you. The transition will happen,
opening of the door, letting in the light’
There was a pause.
The whole room started to change to a beautiful orange
colour to me.
‘I have a lady here with
platted hair, long plat, Marigold, Margaret. She has her back to me, she is, I can’t see if
she’s holding a child or a mirror…’
Me… ‘Can you ask her
to turn round?’
‘Yes… she’s turning
round now and I just see she’s a vast space like a cave, like a cavern, a vast
place, empty. She had a mirror, the mirror was reflecting the vastness, this
vast empty space and the image of her disappeared and there is just this
vastness of space’
Me… ‘What do you think
that’s telling you?’
‘The reality beyond
the person is something vaster, indefinable. When we try to see who we really
are, as we turn towards it we dissolve, the “I” disappears and we become what
we truly are’
Me… ‘Is that because
we’re just a small part of a much greater self?’
‘Indeed, beyond our
human understanding at present and there’s been a certain amount of fear from
the human standpoint in letting go of the normal image that we hold of self, of
the little self, the transitory self, the physical self that dies, there is a certain
amount of fear associated with letting go of that, a certain amount of fear of
seeing truly in the mirror who we are because who we are is not the physical
body and much of the image that we have of our self is something very
different, vaster, but we have intimations of, but there is nothing to fear
because in this great cavern that is the being of Marigold, Margaret and the
child she holds is the mother and the child, is everything, all those, all held
within. I would say that in that cave of her being is love and all that she
appears as has been transits, is held in love within that great cave of her
whole being, the great paradox that this great emptiness of space holds the fullness
of all being and all love, the paradox of being empty and full, empty of self
but full of all selves, dead to self but alive to the living God’
Me… ‘Is it possible to
live a physical life but also at the same time to have full awareness of our
greater self?’
‘Yes’
Me… ‘Is that a state
that we are all working towards?’
‘Yes’
Me… ‘If I think about
that now it seems to me to be a confusing way to live, it seems quite difficult
just to live a physical life but to have a complete understanding at the same
time of our greater self seems quite complicated or confusing, difficult to
concentrate on one thing or the other’
‘This has been the way
before already; this is a valid way of being’
Me… ‘So has something
caused us to lose that full awareness of our greater self whilst on the
physical plane?’
‘Yes an immersion into
the physical and a deliberate encasing of oneself in that physical form and
experimenting in total immersion in order to experience, to hasten the
experience of enlightenment in that form, focusing of energy in that form but
an experiment that was premature but a way round it has been forged for those
who’ve left the physical form and tried to communicate back to those in
physical form. You see it’s possible to have access to the wider consciousness
to a transition consciousness but to return to the experience, to allow the
vibrational level to shift to the experience of the physical is possible but
difficult. This has been happening for millennia in your time and is possible
the other way for those immersed in the physical, to shift their vibrational level
to the larger consciousness to the nonphysical and to hold that awareness,
possible but difficult, but to do this with total, with full consciousness,
this is the evolutionary shift that we are hoping for to increase the level of
consciousness to the point that has been called enlightenment but for many when
they die that is not automatic, it still has to be worked for because the
conditioning of the physical still occludes the conscious entity so the
transitioning actually occurs at many vibrational levels that relate to the
physical. There are many vibrational levels for the physical being that
transition between physical and nonphysical…’
‘I have a picture of
Mrs Brown, an elementary teacher, nursery school, so I think I’m being told
we’re at an elementary stage in our understanding so it’s difficult to convey
the full picture, the complexity. The human understanding is in a very
elementary stage, intellectual understanding and there have been some bad
teachers, teachers who use fear and chastisement have failed, they’ve alienated
their students and they’ve done a disservice. Perhaps we should finish there
but I have with the image of Mrs Brown that the use of the stick is outmoded
now and we need to use love as the educational tool of the future’
Liz asked for a little music to be played as she came back.
Once she was feeling back with it I did the healing
exercise, closing prayer and our closing down exercise…
